Well, I'll admit I was skeptical (as I am of all shops). They are really the whole package. As a car guy (er, former car guy--hobbies change) I've been through a lot of shops. I know enough to fix minor things, and I also know if you're BSing me to get more money out of me on the major things that I can't take care of myself. I'll say that if you ask them to do a thorough diagnostic, they will do a thorough diagnostic. As with any mechanic, be discerning; some of the things they will list in their report will be preventative maintenance, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. A little money now is better than a lot of money in the future, and all of the preventative maintenance they recommended was legitimate. This not just a "tire and brakes" shop; they have the knowledge and hardware to do major work. I say this about very few shops: I would trust them to do major engine work. Their prices are very competitive. They are over-the-top friendly and are accommodating. That right there puts them in the top 10% of mechanic shops. The quality of their work puts them in the top 1%.
Thank you, Ryan, for the kind words. We were happy to help!
